Troubleshooting

We have found that if you are not on the latest iOS version it could prevent the Northview app from opening correctly. What is experienced in this situation could look like the image below:

In order to use the check in feature, we need to know your location. This allows us to know which one of our campuses you are checking into.

Apple Devices

  1. Go to your phone's Settings menu
  2. Select the Privacy option
  3. Select the Location Services option
  4. Make sure Location Services are enabled

  5. Select the Safari Websites option. If you do not see Safari Websites listed, click 'Location Services' at the top.

  6. Make sure Ask Next Time or While Using the App is selected

Android Devices

  1. Go to your phone's Settings menu
  2. Select the Location option
  3. Make sure Use Location is enabled
  4. Select the App permission option

  5. Select the Chrome option
    Update

  6. Make sure Allow only while using ths app is selected

  1. Open the Northview app
  2. Click the Media button on the bottom of the screen
  3. Click Miracles Series Resources
