Derek and his wife, Missy, first attended Northview Church in 2003. Finding a home and seeking to serve, Derek officially joined the leadership team in 2006 and is now Northview’s Pastor of Engagement. Derek provides leadership and direction for groups and teams at all our campuses and directly oversees Northview’s marriage initiatives. Derek and Missy live in Noblesville, Ind., and have three children.
